During the last months, we have carried out a research stay at The University of Osaka and the Center for Information and Neural Networks (CiNet). This has provided an excellent opportunity to strengthen academic connections and exchange knowledge in the field of cognitive neuroscience and neuroimaging.
During our time there, we initiated a promising international collaboration focused on the development of a new research project combining funcional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) with audiovisual stimuli paradigms, including artificial intelligence (AI)-generative content. The project aims to investigate how complex audiovisual stimuli are processed in the brain.
In addition to the scientific discussions and methodological planning, the stay allowed us to explore innovative experimental approaches, learn technical expertise, and establish the foundations for future joint studies and publications.
